As part of Vivid Sydney festivities, Justus Magazine hosted creative enthusiasts at The Apple Store on George St to celebrate the Australian print design industry. A short film entitled ‘The Journey of Justus’ was debuted during the special presentation, followed by an intimate conversation about magazine craftsmanship.
Delve into a behind-the-scenes journey of Justus Magazine and discover the intricate steps and processes behind creating an elaborate printed piece: from inception, design and production, through to completion. Experience the dedication of the team and bear witness to the passion that produces this unique publication.
Designed for us, by us, Justus Magazine is the first of its kind to independently provide the Australian print design community with its very own unparalleled design almanac of resources – a toolkit for creativity.
Reaching out to design studios, freelancers, design students and creative suppliers from all around the country, Justus provides a tactile journey into the world of paper stocks, typography and an array of specialty print techniques.
I love our industry, I love design and I love print, explains Justus founder and creative director Lindsay Smith. I’m incredibly humbled and proud to have shared the Justus journey with so many devoted and accomplished print enthusiasts.
